Are the paintings really hand-painted?

Yes. Every canvas is painted by hand with thick paint and a palette knife after you order, which is why each piece is slightly unique and may vary a little from the photos.

Does it come framed?

No. Paintings ship unframed and rolled in a sturdy protective tube, which keeps shipping free and keeps the canvas safe. The frames in our room photos are for styling only.

How do I hang it?

Any local framing shop can stretch the canvas onto wooden bars or put it in a frame, usually within a few days. Many craft stores offer this too. If you prefer, you can also hang it with a simple poster rail or clips.

Which size should I choose?

A good rule: art above a sofa, bed or console should be about two thirds of the furniture's width. Each product page lists every size in inches and centimeters. The 16 x 24 in size works well for smaller walls, hallways and gallery groupings.

How long does delivery take?

Your painting is made to order and ships in about 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery to the US usually takes 4 to 6 weeks in total. Shipping is free and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.

What if it arrives damaged, wrong or doesn't arrive?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Please don't mail anything back to us. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each painting is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind, including color or size preference. Please check the size before ordering, and feel free to ask us first if you're unsure.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel and fully refund only before painting has started.
