Refund policy

Made to order. Our hand-painted art is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including color or size preference.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, or never arrives, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email ferroandfern.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

No need to send anything back. Please keep or dispose of the damaged item. Do not mail items to our business address; returned packages are not accepted and cannot be refunded.

Refunds. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
