Shipping policy

Free shipping. We offer free standard shipping on every order to the United States.

Hand-painted art is made to order. Each textured canvas is painted by hand after you order, which takes about 1 to 2 weeks. It then ships rolled in a protective tube. Delivery to the US usually takes 4 to 6 weeks in total from the day you order.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or late orders. If your order hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, email ferroandfern.shop@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
